January 30 - February 5

Please pray for Emmanuel College this week, January 30 - February 5. Thank you for praying. 

Sunday – Pray for the final day of Accelerant and the closing services this morning to reach more young people for Christ.

Monday – Pray for our marketing and advertising plans for our online graduate school to find hundreds of interested students, 50 of whom will enroll this fall.

Tuesday – Pray for our chapel service today that focuses on world missions in our annual SEND week. Pray for more of our students to answer the call.

Wednesday – Pray for the senior leadership team of the college as we seek to fulfill God's will and vision for Emmanuel College in our time.

Thursday – Pray for funding that helps us continue to improve our facilities and provide an even higher quality of education.

Friday – Pray for new ideas and innovations in how we educate our students and expand our ministry.

Saturday – Pray for protection from evil and the preservation of our religious rights to deliver Christian higher education.

January 23-29

Commit your actions to the Lord, and your plans will succeed. (Proverbs 16:3 NLT)

Please pray for Emmanuel College this week, January 23-29 Thank you for praying. 

Sunday – Pray for the ministry of the Emmanuel Singers to be effective as they minister today and throughout the semester.

Monday – Pray for our coaches to shape young lives into disciples of Jesus. Pray for our athletes to be receptive to the Holy Spirit.

Tuesday – Pray for our chapel service today that will feature Christian athletes sharing testimonies of their walk of faith. Pray for open and responsive hearts.

Wednesday – Pray that our admissions personnel will be effective in sharing the value of an Emmanuel education to the youth at Accelerant this week.

Thursday – Pray for the Accelerant gathering that begins today. Pray for the youth who will attend and for their youth pastors and sponsors.

Friday – Pray for many of the youth at Accelerant this weekend to hear the call of God in their lives and to respond with a willingness to serve.

Saturday – Pray for the youth at Accelerant to commit their lives to serving Jesus regardless of career choices. Pray that many will enroll at Emmanuel College.

January 16-22

Please pray for Emmanuel College this week, January 16-22. Thank you for praying. 

Sunday – Pray for revival and spiritual renewal on our campus this semester.

Monday – Pray for an expansion of Christian service through EC Serve that becomes a dynamic force in building the kingdom of God.

Tuesday – Pray for EC Serve to be a magnet that draws students, staff, and faculty to Emmanuel College whose desire to serve is one of their strongest Christian values. 

Wednesday – Pray for our worship team that will lead the New Beginnings spiritual emphasis that begins tomorrow. Pray for our speaker to be amazingly effective.

Thursday – Pray for the New Beginnings spiritual emphasis that begins in chapel today at 11:00 a.m. Pray for our students to open themselves to the Holy Spirit.

Friday – Pray for our students to hear God's voice and yield their lives to him. Pray for them to be difference-makers and world-changers for Jesus.

Saturday – Pray that nothing inhibits the mission and ministry of Emmanuel College. Pray for the eradication of the COVID-19 virus and an end to the pandemic.

January 9-15

"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." (Jeremiah 29:11 NIV)

Please pray for Emmanuel College this week, January 9-15. Thank you for praying. 

Sunday – Pray for the new semester and for our students and faculty who will begin classes this week. Pray for a fertile and fruitful learning environment.

Monday – Pray for our students to have the resources, aptitudes, and motivation to succeed in the new semester.

Tuesday – Pray for our students as they begin classes today. Pray for our faculty to teach and mentor well and for our students to learn well.

Wednesday – Pray for the senior leadership team to develop good plans and to make decisions that align with God's will for Emmanuel College.

Thursday – Pray for the eradication of the COVID-19 virus and an end to the pandemic. Pray for good health and prosperity for the Emmanuel family.

Friday – Pray for our efforts to refinance the College's debt. Pray for our ability to reduce the debt. Pray for a future that is debt free.

Saturday – Pray for the Lord's plan to be implemented at Emmanuel College, one that brings hope and a prosperous New Year.

Monday – Pray for our vision to be clear and certain and to be fully implemented through our strategic plan.

Tuesday – Pray for our vision of a revitalized campus culture focused on kingdom principles for the glory of God.

Wednesday – Pray for our vision of innovation in teaching and learning that enables more students to succeed.

Thursday – Pray for our vision of global ministry and service by the students, staff, and faculty working through EC Serve.

Friday – Pray for our vision to strengthen and expand EC Online and its undergraduate academic programs.

Saturday – Pray for our vision of launching graduate studies through EC Online as we plan and implement the newly approved graduate programs.
