Please pray for Emmanuel College this week, March 27 - April 2, 2022. Thank you for praying. 

Sunday – Pray for the successful implementation of the vision we have for expanding our mission with graduate programs this fall.

Monday – Pray for our athletes to perform well, but more importantly, to make Jesus the Lord of their lives.

Tuesday – Pray for the students in chapel service today to hear the word of the Lord and respond to him. 

Wednesday – Pray for the student life division of the College and its personnel. Pray for the vice president that leads them in enrichment activities including those that lead to a closer walk with God.

Thursday – Pray for the continuing search for a graduate coordinator for the exercise science master's degree program who will help us implement this new program this fall.

Friday – Pray for recruiting at churches, conferences, and events including  YouthQuest this summer.

Saturday – Pray for the appointment of federal judges who will support the religious rights of Christian colleges and universities. 

March 20-26, 2022

Sunday – Pray for the alumni and friends of Emmanuel College as they support the vision for the future.

Monday – Pray for more mentoring relationships between faculty/staff and students that prepare our students for career and ministry opportunities.

Tuesday – Pray for resources needed to replace the aging fleet of vehicles used by the College.

Wednesday – Pray for the enrollment division of the College and its personnel. Pray for the vice president that leads them in marketing and recruiting activities.

Thursday – Pray for the search for a graduate coordinator for the exercise science master's degree program. 

Friday – Pray for recruiting personnel and activities to be successful in enrolling students this summer and fall in traditional, online, and graduate programs.

Saturday – Pray for the election of men and women to Congress who will support the religious rights of Christian colleges and universities.

Sunday – Pray for the vision of innovative and engaged learning to be fully developed that it may inspire and motivate students, faculty, staff, alumni, and donors.

Monday – Pray for meetings of the Board of Trustees and its committees this week. Pray for wisdom in discussions and decision-making.

Tuesday – Pray for the Leading Edge Conference planning group that meets today. Pray for the development of a relevant and effective conference schedule for 2023.

Wednesday – Pray for the advancement division of the College and its personnel. Pray for the vice president that leads them in fundraising and development activities.

Thursday – Pray for recruitment for the graduate programs that launch in the fall. Pray that our goals are met.

Friday – Pray for the 2022 Homecoming that begins today. Pray that alumni rally to the vision for Emmanuel College now and in the future.

Saturday – Pray for all the Homecoming activities today, for the class reunions, for the dedication of facilities, for the worship service tonight.

March 6-12, 2022

Sunday – Pray for healthy relationships among our students that build each other up in faith and friendship.

Monday – Pray for our publicity efforts that raise awareness of Emmanuel College among various target audiences to be successful and to cause more students to enroll and more donors to give.

Tuesday – Pray for the Now More Than Ever fundraising campaign to continue to be successful. Pray for plans to reach new donors.

Wednesday – Pray for the finance division of the College and its personnel. Pray for the executive vice president/CFO that leads them.

Thursday – Pray for project fundraising this spring that will raise funds for capital projects to be completed this summer.

Friday – Pray for the vision of developing future leaders through new programming efforts next fall. Pray for effectiveness in leadership, evangelism, and discipleship.

Saturday – Pray that the courts uphold the religious rights of Christian colleges and universities in the decisions they make.

February 27 - March 5, 2022

Sunday – Pray for revival on our campus. Pray that spiritual hunger will lead students to Jesus.

Monday – Pray for enrollment next fall in undergraduate and graduate. Pray that we exceed our budgetary enrollment and revenue goals.

Tuesday – Pray for the strategic plan being developed for the next five years. Pray for strategic growth and excellence that positions the College for greater ministry.

Wednesday – Pray for substantial growth in online undergraduate enrollment. Pray for our fully online programs to be attractive to more students. 

Thursday – Pray for miraculous reduction of the College's debt. Pray for God's favor in refinancing any remaining debt.

Friday – Pray for students and faculty going on spring break next week to find the rest and recovery they need to complete the semester.

Saturday – Pray for students who may be struggling academically to persist and succeed during the remaining weeks of the semester.

Sunday – Pray for our campus community to focus on prayer today. Pray for increasing faith to believe that anything is possible with God.

Monday – Pray for the Leading Edge Conference that begins tonight on our campus. Pray for those who attend to be inspired and encouraged to lead their ministries.

Tuesday – Pray for all the activities of the Leading Edge Conference that continues today. Pray that the messages are powerful and provide wisdom to the hearers.

Wednesday – Pray for the master's program in elementary education to be successful. Thank God for those who have already applied. Pray we reach our enrollment goal.

Thursday – Pray for the master's program in exercise science to be successful. Pray for the hiring of the program coordinator. Pray we reach our enrollment goal.

Friday – Pray for the master's programs in ministry and divinity to be successful. Pray for course development. Pray we reach our enrollment goals.

Saturday – Pray for all details to be completed so that we successfully launch all approved master's programs next fall. Pray for good planning and decision-making.

February 13-19, 2022

Sunday – Pray for our campus community to focus on worship today. Pray for hands and hearts lifted to God in adoration and submission.

Monday – Pray for the Campus Preview recruiting event on campus next month. Pray for more students and parents to attend. Pray for more to enroll.

Tuesday – Pray for our advancement plan to find new donors. Pray for our actions to be effective in reaching donors who have a heart for Christian higher education.

Wednesday – Pray for deans and department chairs as they lead the academic enterprise. Pray for the vice president for academics as she leads them.

Thursday – Pray for the people planning the Swails Center renovation project to have wisdom and insight throughout the process.

Friday – Thank God again for the approval of our graduate programs that launch this fall. Pray for enrollment goals to be met in each program.

Saturday – Pray for EC Serve mission trips being planned right now. Pray for resources and personnel who will serve and minister this summer.
