You should keep a clear mind in every situation. Don’t
be afraid of suffering for the Lord. Work at telling others the Good News, and
fully carry out the ministry God has given you. (2 Timothy 4:5 NLT)
Week 2 in the campaign FOR EMMANUEL.
Today’s prayer topics:
- Pray we think clearly in the implementation of the
campaign FOR EMMANUEL, allowing only actions that advance the work
of God.
- Pray we work to relieve suffering, but when it’s our
turn to suffer, overwhelm us with comfort and hope to bear it well.
- Pray for our students and faculty planning mission
trips this summer to have their needs met and their hearts made full for
service.
