Today's meditation: Question the use of the word "anxious" in the translation above, but who doesn't feel certain unease knowing we are entrusted with making the right choices that align with the will of God. Further, this phrasing has come to mean eager, keen, desirous, even aching and yearning to do the will of God. Yes!
Pray today for big decisions ahead for Emmanuel College, for vision to see what God sees, for boldness to follow his lead, for faith and patience to trust him to provide.
Please pray every day for the top three needs of Emmanuel College:
- For clear vision of God's mission in 2019 and beyond.
- For growing enrollments and for more than 1000 students next fall.
- For the College to become debt-free.
On Thursdays, please pray for our recruiting and enrollment efforts at on-campus recruiting events such as Spring Preview this weekend that begins tomorrow and at off-campus initiatives, especially YouthQuest (July 13-16).
