Today's prayer topics:
- When there is loss, our natural response is to mourn which may be necessary but should never be permanent.
- Within our Emmanuel family, pray for those who mourn to receive the comfort they need, but also pray for them to receive renewed strength and commitment to follow the Lord.
- Pray for the comfort of Jesus to nurture our spirits and strengthen our resolve to take the fight to the enemy.
Give thanks for God's generous care and for his answers to our prayers:
- We thank God for comforting words and encouragement from friends and co-workers that come to us when we need them most.
As the praises go up, the power comes down.
