And it came to pass in those days that a decree went out from Caesar Augustus that all the world should be registered. And Joseph also went up from Galilee, out of the city of Nazareth, into Judea, to the city of David, which is called Bethlehem, because he was of the house and lineage of David, to be registered with Mary, his betrothed wife, who was with child. But you, Bethlehem, in the land of Judah, are not the least among the rulers of Judah; for out of you shall come a Ruler who will shepherd My people Israel. (Matthew 2:6 NKJV)
Behold, the virgin shall be with child, and bear a Son, and they shall call His name Immanuel, which is translated, "God with us." (Matthew 1:23 NKJV)
Pray for the people of Emmanuel College to continually welcome the Savior on our campus and into our hearts as our loving God who lives with us through every circumstance and challenge.
Pray every Wednesday for wisdom and common sense to prevail on our campus, throughout our communities and cities, and across our nation.
Pray for our students who are home for the holidays until the New Year and for our employees who are on Christmas break this week to enjoy time off that is safe and restful.
