In conclusion, my brothers and sisters, fill your minds with those things that are good and that deserve praise: things that are true, noble, right, pure, lovely, and honorable. (Philippians 4:8 GNB)
Today's meditation:
- May we develop the habit, regardless of whether times are hard or easy, of always looking for what's right and good, always showing appreciation where it is due.
Pray today:
- For energy and persistence to solve problems and overcome challenges, but while doing so, pray for the perspective to see what's good, admirable, and worthy of praise.
- For honorable thoughts and expressions, pure motives, noble actions, genuine concern, and delightful fellowship.
- For our students who may be struggling, for them to fill their minds with thoughts that lift and encourage and that lead them to persevere and succeed.
