In its Branches

Then Jesus said, "What is the Kingdom of God like? It is like a tiny mustard seed that a man planted in a garden; it grows and becomes a tree, and the birds make nests in its branches." (Luke 13:18-19 NLT)

Today's meditation: From tiny beginnings, God planted the seed of Emmanuel College a hundred years ago. Think of all the individuals, families, careers, and ministries that have flourished because they nested in her "branches."

Pray today for the next generations of leaders, workers, parents, and families to take their places at Emmanuel to shape and be shaped into useful service in the Kingdom of God.

Please pray every day for the top three needs of Emmanuel College:

• For clear vision of God's mission in 2019 and beyond.
• For growing enrollments and for more than 1000 students next fall.
• For the College to become debt-free.

On Thursdays, please pray for our recruiting and enrollment efforts, especially at Accelerant (Jan 31-Feb 3), and at on campus recruiting events (Scholars' Day Events in February and Spring Preview, Mar 22-24).
