Today's meditation:
- There are many ways to thank the Lord for his gracious and merciful help, not the least of which is to give back to him from our talents, our skills, and our treasure.
Pray today:
- For the Emmanuel College Advancement Office, for our ability to make a compelling case regarding the value of giving to the College, for our donors to see their giving as an investment in the lives of our students and graduates.
- For our new Talisma software program, for this software to help us manage our donor database better, for our ability to use it well to communicate with our donors better.
- For alumni and friends of the College to obey the voice of the Lord in their giving, for many to be sustainers by giving frequently and consistently over time, for others who have greater capacity to make significant gifts to support special projects, for still others who may give infrequently, but who will make large gifts that transform the College by supporting new academic programs and locations.
Pray First in every circumstance, challenge, and choice. Always Pray First!
