Wonders

Praise the Lord, for he has shown me the wonders of his unfailing love. He kept me safe when my city was under attack. (Psalm 31:21 NLT)

Today's meditation:

• What a wonder it is to be loved by God with more nurture than the most passionate mother, with more intensity than the most devoted father, with more faithfulness than the most loyal friend, but perhaps the greatest wonder is to be loved at all.

Praise the Lord today:

• For he is loving and kind, most worthy of our praise and adoration, and we thank him for keeping Emmanuel College safe, for blessing us with his favor, over and over, again and again. 

Pray today:

• For very important calls this week, the results of which will set in motion the final steps in the significant reduction of the College's debt.

Our prayers make a difference in our outcomes. Please continue to pray over the list below that focuses on key needs at Emmanuel College.

PRAY FOR OUR HELPERS AND SUPPORTERS

• To possess words of influence and to use them wisely.
• To experience the favor of God.
• To supply resources, both financial and otherwise, that create a bright future for the College.

PRAY FOR THE LEADERSHIP TEAM

• To be guided by the Holy Spirit with gifts of knowledge and discernment.
• To make good decisions and to clearly communicate them.
• To be faithful in all circumstances, whether easy or hard, always with thankful hearts.

PRAY FOR THE TOP FIVE NEEDS OF EMMANUEL COLLEGE

• To complete the process of dramatically reducing our debt before May 2018, and further, to eliminate our debt within 5 years.
• To successfully achieve reaffirmation of accreditation in June 2018.
• To be accepted into active membership in the NCAA Division II in July 2018.
• To enroll more than 1000 students in August 2018.
• To hear the Word of the Lord regarding life after debt and our vision for an expanded mission for 2018 and beyond.

• Significant and ongoing processes regarding the reduction and elimination of debt.
