And the Holy Spirit helps us in our weakness. For example, we don't know what God wants us to pray for. But the Holy Spirit prays for us with groanings that cannot be expressed with words. And the Father who knows all hearts knows what the Spirit is saying, for the Spirit pleads for us believers in harmony with God's own will. (Romans 8:26-27 NLT)

- In our vulnerability, pray for the Holy Spirit to inexplicably assist us, and may we yield as He prays for us to be in sync with God's will.
- Pray for our Academic Division and all the faculty who are making final preparations this week for the fall semester.
- Week 17 in the campaign FOR EMMANUEL. Be grateful for the Holy Spirit who understands our condition, knows what we need, and prays for us to receive it.
Answered prayer:
- Thankful for an EC graduate in the 5th year of her teaching career who recently told me she was better prepared by her EC education than her peers she has met from other colleges and universities.
Never give up unless it's praise we give up to God; never give in except to give in to him.
