Stay alert! Watch out for your enemy, the devil. He prowls around like a roaring lion, looking for someone to devour. Stand firm against him, and be strong in your faith. (1 Peter 5:8-9a NLT)

- Pray for alertness to see the moves of the enemy and for wisdom backed by faith to make the correct counter moves to thwart his advances.
- Pray for rock-solid faith growing from the skirmishes and battles of each passing day.
- Pray we stand firm against negativity, pessimism, and defeatism because these are the weapons of the devil that are so unlike our positive, optimistic, and victorious Lord.
Never give up unless it's praise we give up to God; never give in except to give in to him.
