Power of the Holy Spirit

This is how Jesus the Messiah was born. His mother, Mary, was engaged to be married to Joseph. But before the marriage took place, while she was still a virgin, she became pregnant through the power of the Holy Spirit. (Matthew 1:18 NLT)

• We never tire of the story of how God provided the gift of life to the world in days of old, but may we remember that he is with us today, listening to our prayers and granting us his daily visitation and provision.
• Pray we allow the Holy Spirit to birth in us the remarkable and miraculous.
• Pray for the people of Emmanuel College to be filled with the power of the Holy Spirit.
