Endurance

Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a huge crowd of witnesses to the life of faith, let us strip off every weight that slows us down, especially the sin that so easily trips us up. And let us run with endurance the race God has set before us. (Hebrews 12:1 NLT)

Today's prayers:

• Father, forgive us our sins.
• Jesus, rebuke us when we have little faith. Please remind us of the examples of strong faith and use our past victories as assurance for future success.
• O Holy Spirit, use our challenges, ongoing and constant, to build up our endurance in the work God has given us.

Never give up unless its praise we give up to God; never give in except to give in to him.
