Stand Still

But you will not even need to fight. Take your positions; then stand still and watch the Lord's victory. He is with you, O people of Judah and Jerusalem. Do not be afraid or discouraged. Go out against them tomorrow, for the Lord is with you!" (2 Chronicles 20:17 NLT)

• Sometimes we are commanded to fight and at other times we are ordered to stand still and see the Lord's victory. As each battle forms, pray we discern which actions to take.
• Pray the Lord's presence and his encouragement will drive out all fear.
• Pray for more students to hear the Lord's voice drawing them to enroll at Emmanuel - for their futures and for his kingdom.
