God's promise of preservation:
For the Lord our God is the one who rescued us and our ancestors from slavery in the land of Egypt. He performed mighty miracles before our very eyes. As we traveled through the wilderness among our enemies, he preserved us. (Joshua 24:17 NLT)

Answered prayer:
Rejoicing over the testimony of one alum who reported God woke her in the night and impressed upon her to give $1000. The next morning she discussed it with God again and received the unmistakable message to give $1000 which she obediently did. Thanking God for calling out his people. Thanking God for his people who obey.
