Jesus Reached Out

But when he [Peter] saw the strong wind and the waves, he was terrified and began to sink. "Save me, Lord!" he shouted. Jesus immediately reached out and grabbed him. "You have so little faith," Jesus said. "Why did you doubt me?" When they climbed back in the boat, the wind stopped. (Matthew 14:30-32 NLT)

Today's prayer topics:

• Pray we focus on Jesus and not the winds and waves that sometimes surround us because storms are sporadic, but the presence of Jesus is our constant.
• Pray our faith is strong enough to believe in Jesus to hold us safely whether we are in treacherous waters or safely in the boat.
• We may doubt others, and we may even doubt ourselves, but pray we never doubt the Lord Jesus who rescues us.
