Satisfaction

Pay careful attention to your own work, for then you will get the satisfaction of a job well done, and you won't need to compare yourself to anyone else. For we are each responsible for our own conduct. (Galatians 6:4-5 NLT)

Give thanks for God's generous care and for his answers to our prayers:

• We praise God and give thanks for his faithfulness in helping us do our work and follow him.

Today's prayer topics:

• Pray for our students and faculty who are in final exams now through next Tuesday.
• Pray for students to be diligent in their preparation for exams and to take responsibility for their learning, and for those who may be struggling, pray for them to develop the self-discipline needed for success and the satisfaction of personal achievement.
• Pray for faculty to be strengthened to do the many tasks necessary to complete the semester, especially the grading of exams and assignments. 

As the praises go up, the power comes down.
