Today's meditation:
- With any new endeavor, whether a new job, a new ministry or a new school year, we expect God's favor because we center in him, walking in his ways and obeying his commands.
- For the students, staff and faculty of Emmanuel College to be blessed as we settle into the school year, for the Holy Spirit to hover over us, infusing us with his power, enabling us to do his work, inspiring us to do more than ever before.
- To hear the Word of the Lord regarding life after debt and our vision for an expanded mission for 2018 and beyond.
- To enroll more than 1000 students in August 2019.
- To continue reducing our debt over the next five years with the purpose of becoming debt-free.

- Chapel services each Tuesday at 11 a.m. and on Wednesdays at 7 p.m.
- Vision 4 Education Celebration sponsored by Women's Ministries, October 5.
- Board of Trustees Meeting, October 5-6.
- Homecoming Weekend, October 19-21.
- Fall Preview recruiting event, November 2-4.
