We Obey

We receive from him whatever we ask, because we obey his commands and do what pleases him.  (1 John 3:22 GNB)

Day 2 of 12 days of prayer and fasting. Join us in prayer for the new school year at Emmanuel College. If you are able, fast a meal during this 12-day emphasis. Thank you for your prayers.

Pray today:

• We ask for a successful move-in day as the new students arrive for fall semester today, we ask for blessings and favor upon each student as they begin this season of life, and we ask for them to find quick adjustment to college life and clear focus on the things that matter.

Pray for the top three needs of Emmanuel College:

• To enroll more than 1000 students in August 2018.
• To continue reducing our debt over the next five years with the purpose of becoming debt-free.
• To hear the Word of the Lord regarding life after debt and our vision for an expanded mission for 2018 and beyond.

Pray for upcoming events and activities:

• New student move-in day today.
• New student orientation, August 3-4.
• First week of classes beginning August 6.
• Alpha Weekend, opening the new school year with spiritual emphasis, August 9-12.
