Day 5 of 12 days of prayer and fasting. Join us in prayer for the new school year at Emmanuel College. If you are able, fast a meal during this 12-day emphasis. Thank you for your prayers.
Pray today:
- For this first Sunday of the school year at Emmanuel College to be a day of heartfelt worship, for our students to seek God and to love him devotedly, for Christ to be at the center of our lives and in all we do.
- For returning students, for those who are still moving in today, for all of them to return and succeed, for them to be persistent and not give up, especially those who may be struggling.
- To enroll more than 1000 students in August 2018.
- To continue reducing our debt over the next five years with the purpose of becoming debt-free.
- To hear the Word of the Lord regarding life after debt and our vision for an expanded mission for 2018 and beyond.
Pray for upcoming events and activities:.
- First week of classes beginning Monday, August 6.
- Alpha Weekend, opening the new school year with spiritual emphasis, August 9-12.
- Chapel services each Tuesday at 11 a.m.
