Today's meditation:
- We are to hate evil, but love the people evil uses. We are to pray for them and bless them.
- For people who are being used in the service of evil, for them to repent and forsake evil, for them to know Jesus and allow him to change them into his likeness, for the people of Emmanuel College to be used by Jesus to win the lost wherever our influence takes us.
- To hear the Word of the Lord regarding life after debt and our vision for an expanded mission for 2018 and beyond.
- To enroll more than 1000 students in August 2019.
- To continue reducing our debt over the next five years with the purpose of becoming debt-free.
Pray for upcoming events and activities:.
- General chapel services on Tuesdays at 11 a.m. and on Wednesdays at 7 p.m. and School of Christian Ministries chapel services on Thursdays at 11 a.m.
- Vision 4 Education Celebration sponsored by Women's Ministries, October 5.
- Board of Trustees Meeting, October 5-6.
- Homecoming Weekend, October 19-21.
- Fall Preview recruiting event, November 2-4.
