Today's meditation:

• Ministry is a team effort with many people focused on the same goals and a common purpose.

Pray today:

• For everything God has for Emmanuel College, especially the expansion of our influence in the world through the growth and increase of our student body and graduates.
• For the many people who work so diligently to recruit and enroll students at Emmanuel, for the leaders of admissions and financial aid, for the recruiters and student admission counselors, for coaches, for financial aid staff, for churches and alumni.
• For the Campus Preview recruiting weekend coming up November 2-4, for strong attendance by the students God is calling here, for them to hear God's voice and obey, for all the recruiting events this academic year, for an enrollment of 1000 students next fall.

Pray for the top three needs of Emmanuel College:

• To hear the Word of the Lord regarding life after debt and our vision for an expanded mission for 2018 and beyond.
• To enroll more than 1000 students in August 2019.
• To continue reducing our debt over the next five years with the purpose of becoming debt-free.

Pray for upcoming events and activities:.

• General chapel services on Tuesdays at 11 a.m. and on Wednesdays at 7 p.m. and School of Christian Ministries chapel services on Thursdays at 11 a.m.
• Fall Preview recruiting event, November 2-4.
• Spring Semester enrollment in January 2019 to exceed expectations because of better retention, larger numbers of new students, and a total enrollment of 900 or more.
• EC Serve trips for 2019 in the planning stages to Alaska, Appalachia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Myanmar, and Panama.
