Today's meditation:
- We are forever grateful for God's strong protection for Emmanuel College through the many battles fought and won during its 99-year history, especially the war won in the last four years.
- For discernment and wisdom for Emmanuel's senior leadership team and the Board of Trustees, for us to understand and defeat the enemy's battle plan that no strategy or tactic formed against us will succeed, for us to follow the guidance of the Holy Spirit, for us to work hard at our assignments and work even harder at trusting God with outcomes.
- To hear the Word of the Lord regarding life after debt and our vision for an expanded mission for 2018 and beyond.
- To enroll more than 1000 students in August 2019.
- To continue reducing our debt over the next five years with the purpose of becoming debt-free.
Pray for upcoming events and activities:.
- General chapel services on Tuesdays at 11 a.m. and on Wednesdays at 7 p.m. and School of Christian Ministries chapel services on Thursdays at 11 a.m.
- Vision 4 Education Celebration sponsored by Women's Ministries, October 5.
- Board of Trustees Meeting, October 5-6.
- Homecoming Weekend, October 19-21.
- Fall Preview recruiting event, November 2-4.
