Today's meditation:
- Giving thought to our steps is God's expectation of us as we conduct our business and carry out our duties and responsibilities.
- For everything God has for Emmanuel College, especially the part we play as thinkers, planners, and workers.
- For well-thought-out and sensible steps in the development and implementation of online degree programs, for wise decision making and perfect timing, for prudent budgeting, for careful implementation, for smart recruiting and strong enrollments.
- To hear the Word of the Lord regarding life after debt and our vision for an expanded mission for 2018 and beyond.
- To enroll more than 1000 students in August 2019.
- To continue reducing our debt over the next five years with the purpose of becoming debt-free.
Pray for upcoming events and activities:.
- General chapel services on Tuesdays at 11 a.m. and on Wednesdays at 7 p.m. and School of Christian Ministries chapel services on Thursdays at 11 a.m.
- Fall Preview recruiting event, November 2-4.
- Spring Semester enrollment in January 2019 to exceed expectations because of better retention, larger numbers of new students, and a total enrollment of 900 or more.
- EC Serve trips for 2019 in the planning stages to Alaska, Appalachia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Myanmar, and Panama.
